Knowing Christ. Making Christ Known
through worship

Traditional ~ Our Traditional service begins at 11:00 a.m. in our sanctuary. Jon Kreamer and the choir offer us a wonderful variety of anthems. Yes, we enjoy fellowship, and we celebrate the grace of Christ, and we laugh, but this service tends to be a bit more formal and reflective in nature.

THE BODY OF CHRIST GATHERED TO WORSHIP GOD

The Introit

*The Call to Worship  (Revelation 4:8)
     Pastor:  Day and night around the throne they never stop singing;
     People: “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come”.

*The Hymn  # 138           Holy, Holy, Holy!  Lord God Almighty

*The Affirmation of Our Faith (Unison)
In the beauty of this day, I affirm my faith and trust in Almighty God whose love has overcome evil through the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. What people thought they had done was, by God's power, undone and brought within his plan of salvation. Such grace can never age or fail to touch my needs of the moment. And as my moments become years so may my witness increase, that living the victory of faith in Christ I may understand as I am understood and thereby love as I am loved by him whom no cross could hold and no crown deny.  Amen!

*The Passing of the Peace
     Pastor:   The Peace of Christ be with you!
     People: And also with you!

Please greet one another in the joy and love of Christ Jesus.  Say “Good Morning!” to someone you don’t know!  Be sure to greet the children!  Welcome our guests!  Please sign and pass the fellowship pad—include your name, address and telephone number.
