We are so grateful for the faithful ministry that Daphne Hager has shared with us for over 16 years! She has loved and served Jesus and the people of this church with so much energy, imagination, intelligence, and, most of all, love. In her time on staff, Daphne has led ministries of discipleship for children and adults and, under her guidance, we have all learned so much about what it means to follow Jesus Christ together.
Because she is so dear to us, it is with both some sadness, but mostly deep gratitude, that we share the news of Daphne’s upcoming retirement.
Here’s what Daphne has to say about her time here at Paoli Presbyterian Church…
I joined this church family in 1992 and have been happily employed since 2004. My children were raised in our church community and I thank you for the guidance and support you offered over the years. I experienced many changes while working here and they have moved us forward to where we are today. With prayer and God’s guidance, I am sure the future is bright for PPC.
Dan and I are preparing to sell our home and move to Florida. Jim, Quinn, my grandchildren (another on the way), and both of my sisters live in Florida and we are looking forward to spending more time with our family. My last day working at PPC will be March 31, 2021.
Thank you for being such a loving example of a church family.
Daphne is right. The future is indeed bright for Paoli Presbyterian Church. We have always been a church that loves and serves children well. We know we will continue for years to come.
